What You'll Do
As a Sales Intern, you will support our Midwest sales team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our paving and parking lot management services.
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying new leads across commercial and industrial markets
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid packages
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends
- Help coordinate and attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data
- Assist with follow-up communications and pipeline management
- Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless handoffs
What You'll Bring
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Sales, Marketing, or related program
- Interest in construction, real estate, or B2B sales environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to attend local client or site visits
