Sales Engineering Intern: Responsible for data administrative support of Controls and Solutions Department.

Job Type: Fall Intern

Workplace Type: Hybrid: Flex for your day, in person

Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Hours: Flexible around school schedule, 15 - 20 hours per week

Essential Duties:

• Work with Owner Sales staff to assist with data storage and cleanup
• Work with Project Developers for data storage and cleanup
• Validate Owner Sales location accounts
• Work with Owner Sales staff to assist in pre-bid job setup
• Assist with managing incoming pre-bid & post-bid documentation folder structure setup
• Assist with Salesforce database clean-up
• Assist with control update project
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a college degree (preferably in a technical/engineering)
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook, Procore/SharePoint preferred
• Attention to detail, organized, professional, critical thinker, inquisitive, multi-tasker
• Quick learner, technically savvy
• Work independently, as well as cooperatively as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in standard office environment
