🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You’ll support our go-to-market efforts by identifying and connecting with prospects across key verticals, driving awareness, and setting qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
 - Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach
 - Set qualified discovery meetings with HR leaders, People Ops, and C-suite
 - Work with marketing and sales leadership to test scripts, messaging, and campaigns
 - Maintain and update lead records in our CRM (Pipedrive)
 - Contribute to campaign ideas for seasonal and challenge-based outreach
 - Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
 - Track performance metrics and work toward bonus-based KPIs
📈 What We’re Looking For
- College junior, senior, or recent graduate preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business major a plus)
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, startups, or wellness
 - Self-motivated, curious, and not afraid of cold outreach
 - Coachable with a desire to improve daily
 - Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, and Google Docs
 - Bonus if you’ve used Apollo, Brevo, or any CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
