🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You’ll support our go-to-market efforts by identifying and connecting with prospects across key verticals, driving awareness, and setting qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
     
  • Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach
     
  • Set qualified discovery meetings with HR leaders, People Ops, and C-suite
     
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to test scripts, messaging, and campaigns
     
  • Maintain and update lead records in our CRM (Pipedrive)
     
  • Contribute to campaign ideas for seasonal and challenge-based outreach
     
  • Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
     
  • Track performance metrics and work toward bonus-based KPIs

📈 What We’re Looking For

  • College junior, senior, or recent graduate preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business major a plus)
     
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, startups, or wellness
     
  • Self-motivated, curious, and not afraid of cold outreach
     
  • Coachable with a desire to improve daily
     
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, and Google Docs
     
  • Bonus if you’ve used Apollo, Brevo, or any CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
