Real Estate Training Intern
Onsite - Raleigh, NC
Job Summary
The Real Estate Training Intern will report directly to the Real Estate Training Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. A strong interest in real estate, training, professional development, or course creation is preferred, along with a passion for working in a creative environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Position is located in the Raleigh office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Manager on implementing the Real Estate Training Program.
- The project work will consist of collecting and organizing information within outdated handbooks/training materials and developing interactive courses for team members.
- In direction by Manager, assists in implementing best practices in instructional design, course creation, and training.
- Coordinates with other Managers and Directors regarding new hire start dates, travel arrangements, and other related logistics.
- Engages the Analytics team to analyze data and evaluate training performance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma & enrolled student in undergraduate or graduate course work.
- Major in business administration (HR specialty), education, real estate, or similar field preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and continually prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as new projects are assigned.
- Must possess strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Candidate must be able to work 16-20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session. This position is in office and not remote.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant course work / experience with business, real estate, or education.
- Experience working with SharePoint and SmartSheets.
- Experience with Articulate, or other similar curriculum design software.
