The Property Management Intern will earn a well-rounded knowledge of property management and affordable housing compliance skills by working alongside the Portfolio Managers of Trellis Management.聽

Key Responsibilities:聽
Training and Comprehension:
路 Fair Housing Law.
路 Policies, procedures, and reasonable accommodations.
路 Knowledge and comprehension of various funding sources within Trellis Management properties and the eligibility requirements that are required by each source.
路 Rent Caf茅 and Voyager training.
路 Communication training, both verbal and written.
路 Cyber Awareness Training.
路 Other Trellis University Training as assigned.
In addition, the Property Management Intern will perform other reasonable business-related duties as assigned.
