JOB TITLE: Product Management Intern DEPARTMENT: Product ManagementREPORTS TO: Sr. Product ManagerLOCATION: Endicott, NY Job Description Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support our product team in driving data-informed decision-making and developing impactful training materials. This role offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers, IT, Sales, and Engineering teams. Product Management Dashboard Development Collaborate with Product Managers to identify and define key performance metrics critical for strategic decision-making Organize and structure data to ensure accessibility and clarity for product line analysis Partner with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement real-time dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Pulse, or similar platforms Continuously refine dashboards to improve usability, accuracy, and business impact 2. Internal Training Presentations  Work closely with Product Managers to develop training materials for new hires, including:  Product Specialists Engineers Technical team members Inside Sales teams Create sales-focused training presentations tailored to: Direct sales teams Manufacturer representatives and partner firms Ensure content clearly communicates product value, applications, and design considerations within AIO product lines  3. Customer Training Presentations  Develop customer-facing training materials to support product understanding and adoption · Adapt internal content into external-ready presentations by removing or modifying proprietary information Ensure materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with customer needs and use cases Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in product management and cross-functional collaboration Exposure to data-driven decision-making and dashboard development Opportunity to contribute to sales and customer enablement strategies Mentorship from experienced Product Managers Physical/Environmental Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
