Project Overview: The Sound Cancelling ADB project is an innovation project targeted at improving the customer experience with our air conditioning products. This project will work with leading edge technology partners to develop electronics that lower the perceived sound level of our air conditioners.
The Sound Cancelling project will deliver a hardware and software design of a proof-of-concept to lower the perceived sound levels with our air conditioners and an air distribution box. The algorithm has been developed and now needs to be implemented and fine-tuned into a functional prototype.
The anticipated output of the project would be increased revenue due to an innovative improvement to our customer’s experience.
Your main responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, design, and testing of the hardware and software through an iterative design process.
- Participate in technical design reviews.
- Responsible for delivering sections of the hardware and software design and test documentation.
- Responsible for sharing and presenting findings to the team at the end of the internship.
