We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Intern to provide direct support to our General Manager. This is a paid, full-time internship ideal for students interested in business operations, hospitality leadership, or restaurant management. You'll gain firsthand experience in the day-to-day and strategic functions that drive a successful multi-location food brand.

As we grow, we're looking for bright, motivated college student to join our team and get an inside look at what it takes to run a fast-paced, customer-focused business.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Operations on scheduling, reporting, and project coordination
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including store performance tracking and logistics
  • Help manage vendor communication, supply chain needs, and inventory systems
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new team members
  • Participate in site visits and meetings across multiple store locations
  • Assist with internal audits, SOP documentation, and process improvements
  • Contribute to operational planning and execution of new initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general office software
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-starter with a team-first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
