RetailĀ Operations Management Intern

As a RetailĀ OperationsĀ Management Intern, you willĀ gain hands-on experience in the oversight of one or more Retail locations,Ā including both traditional retailĀ environmentsĀ and locations focusing on the guest experience.Ā You’llĀ also...Ā 

  • Oversee daily operations at one or more retail locationsĀ 
  • Support and motivate team members to deliver great serviceĀ 
  • Learn how to train and guideĀ team membersĀ to meet store goalsĀ 
  • AssistĀ with inventory tracking, product ordering, and staffingĀ 
  • Take onĀ additionalĀ responsibilities as you grow in the roleĀ 
  • Have the opportunity toĀ receive a 3-yearĀ ServSafeĀ Alcohol CertificationĀ

Restaurant Operations Management Internship - In-Park or Resort Food & Beverage

As aĀ RestaurantĀ Operations Management Intern, you will step into the fast-paced world of large-scale food and beverage operations, learning both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities while developing your leadership potential.Ā You’llĀ also...Ā 

  • AssistĀ in the day-to-day oversight of a high-volume restaurant operationĀ 
  • MonitorĀ financial items, such asĀ laborĀ and cost of goods,Ā to support efficient operationsĀ 
  • Mentor and support team members during shiftsĀ 
  • Help complete inventory counts andĀ assistĀ with product orderingĀ 
  • Spend your first month learning the operation, followed by a performance evaluation toĀ determineĀ eligibility for leadership responsibilitiesĀ 
  • Have the opportunity toĀ receive a 5-yearĀ ServSafeĀ Manager Certification and 3-yearĀ ServSafeĀ Alcohol CertificationĀ 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university
  • Work a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1-August 31
  • Availability requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 days per week of full availability
    • 2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
  • Work a minimum average of 32 hours per week
  • Attend required professional development events
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
