The Marketing Intern will support the organization’s marketing and outreach efforts by assisting with the development, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns. This role provides hands-on experience in a variety of marketing activities, including content development, campaign implementation, social media support, and promotion of agency programs, services, and events.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, graphics, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Support the implementation of agency marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content.
  • Help ensure marketing materials align with the organization’s branding and messaging.
  • Support promotion of events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing marketing assets and maintaining marketing files.
  • Conduct basic research to support marketing initiatives and community outreach opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and similar graphic design platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
