Position Overview

Wavelynx is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our Leaf Community brand initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable technology and community building, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh ideas to our growing brand.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

 

  • Assist in creating engaging content for Leaf Community's social media channels (LinkedIn, ACEB etc)

  • Support blog writing and content calendar management

  • Help develop visual assets using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and newsletters

 

Community Engagement

 

  • Identify and support in person and virtual community events in collaboration with founding community members.

  • Monitor and respond to community interactions across digital platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule program activities, workshops, events, and resources.

  • Support community outreach initiatives and partnership programs

  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person community events

  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform marketing strategies

 

Digital Marketing Support

 

  • Maintain website presence with partner and new product updates

  • Help track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs

  • Contribute to monthly performance reports

 

Brand Development

 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

  • Assist in competitive analysis and market research

  • Support influencer outreach and partnership initiatives



Administrative & Project Support

 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing projects

  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and databases

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches

  • Assist with vendor and agency communications

 

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Genuine interest in technology, and community building

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience with social media management tools (Linked In, hotjar)

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing

  • Portfolio of creative work or writing samples

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot)
