Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Canada | [Remote]

Role Overview:

Supporting Exeevo’s Marketing (and Sales) function with daily activities including (but not limited to) market analysis and desk research, support of marketing campaign delivery against 2026 Marketing Plan, management of customer data in CRM (MS Dynamics), conference event logistics, webinar support, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support: Working with Exeevo’s Marketing function to deliver on the 2026 Marketing plan. Supporting the production of content, segmentation of potential customers, delivery of materials to potential customers, providing feedback to marketing for continuous improvement.
• Marketing Administration: Customer Administration and CRM data entry. Supporting the management of potential customers before/during/after industry events and webinars.
• Conference & Webinar Logistics: Supporting Exeevo’s Sales and Marketing team to prepare for in-person industry conferences (speaking positions & trade show booth) and webinars. Ensure timely follow ups are completed and next steps are put in place.

• Pursuing a degree in business, and marketing
• Interest in sales-oriented career
• Strong analytical skills for desktop research
• Good written & verbal communication skills, both internally and customer-facing
• Attention to detail
• Active interest in SaaS and Agentic AI software solutions
• Fast learner, hard worker, team player

Preferred Skills

• Competent using Microsoft Office 365 stack (Outlook, Dynamics, Office)
• Knowledge of the life sciences (biotech, pharmaceutical
