Throughout your experience as an Accelevation intern, you'll receive one-on-one mentorship and valuable opportunities to build your skills and confidence through meaningful, real-world projects that make an impact on the business. 

In addition to your internship project assignment, you’ll participate in dedicated roundtable discussions with Accelevation executives and senior leaders, Lunch and Learn presentations delivered by various leaders on their respective areas of the business, and outings with your peers.

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities with Accelevation following graduation.

The duration of this internship is May 25th, 2026 through August 14th, 2026.

Manufacturing Planner Intern: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials both from suppliers and within internal departments to meet production schedules. This role involves planning and scheduling material and production needs to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations. It also offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our manufacturing processes, while learning how to effectively level-load production lines across the shop floor.

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Exhibits in-depth understanding of key business drivers; using this understanding to accomplish goals.
• Understands how the work of the team integrates with other teams and contributes to the department.
• Collaborates with key business leadership to ensure the needs of the team, department and site are met, leveraging internal sources outside of the team to arrive at decisions if needed.
• Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders.

Qualifications:

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field at an accredited four-year university at the time of the internship.
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the time of the internship.
• Innovative and curious self-starter with a desire to bring new ideas and make a meaningful impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
