SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to support our Operations team in day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, scheduling, quality control, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across multiple service locations.
• Support the logistics and dispatch teams with route planning, scheduling, and vehicle coordination.
• Monitor and update inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Help identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with internal departments (customer service, sales, warehouse staff) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics or warehouse management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
