We’re not building an internship for observers. We’re building one for future teammates.
Level Agency’s Summer 2026 Internship Program is for high-potential early-career talent ready to do real work, own meaningful projects, and learn inside a high-performance agency environment.
This is not a “shadow and watch” internship. Our interns are accountable contributors who support real work, complete meaningful projects, and build toward full-time readiness.
You’ll join one department track, work over a structured 12 week program, complete a meaningful project with measurable impact, and receive direct mentorship from a dedicated go-to mentor.
A few important things to know up front:
This Isn’t for Everyone.
We’re building something rare: a place where growth, accountability, feedback, and performance all matter.
You’ll thrive here if:
✅ You want real ownership, not passive observation
✅ You move quickly, ask smart questions, and follow through
✅ You want feedback that helps you get better
✅ You care about doing work that has actual impact
✅ You’re excited by high standards and accountability
You’ll struggle here if:
❌ You want a low-accountability summer experience
❌ You need constant hand-holding to keep moving
❌ You want filler work instead of meaningful projects
❌ You avoid feedback or ownership
❌ You expect a full-time offer just for completing the internship
Good enough isn’t.
Level Agency is an AI-powered performance marketing agency built for brands ready to outperform yesterday’s results.
We help complex, high-consideration brands grow through AI, data science, creativity, and relentless iteration. Our work spans media, creative, SEO, AI search, CRM, analytics, and digital experience.
Today, our remote-first team supports ambitious brands across North America that expect measurable impact.
As a Level Agency Intern, you’ll join one defined track and contribute as a working member of that team.
You’ll select one of the following tracks when you apply:
Media is where strategy becomes performance in-market — turning budgets, platforms, audiences, and creative into measurable business results across channels like paid search, paid social, and programmatic. Support campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis across channels. You may help with campaign builds, pacing, QA, reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. This track is for people who want to learn how results are driven in-platform and through constant iteration.
Clients is the connective tissue between our teams and our client partnerships — helping ensure work is aligned, moving, and tied to business goals. Support account and client service teams across projects, communication, and deliverables. You may help manage timelines, organize next steps, support internal coordination, and keep priorities moving across teams. This track fits people who are organized, proactive, and energized by helping work move forward.
Creative is built to drive performance, not just look good — combining messaging, design, and testing to influence real business outcomes. Contribute to performance-focused creative work across ideation, production support, messaging, and iteration. You may help with asset development, copy support, concept exploration, and learning how creative testing connects to performance. This is for people who want to connect creative work to business impact.
Dev helps bring digital experiences to life — building and improving the web experiences that support conversion, usability, and growth. Support web and development initiatives that improve digital experiences and execution quality. You may help with site updates, QA, implementation support, and problem-solving across web experiences and digital builds. This track is for builders who like solving technical problems hands-on.
Martech & Analytics turns data, systems, and measurement into clearer decisions and better performance. Support work related to data, tracking, reporting, measurement, and marketing technology. You may help with dashboard support, tracking validation, reporting workflows, and the systems that help teams measure what’s working. This track is ideal for analytical thinkers who enjoy systems and problem-solving.
Sales helps create growth before the work even begins — opening doors, building relationships, and shaping new opportunities for the agency. Support research, pipeline activity, outbound coordination, and sales process execution. You may help with prospect research, CRM hygiene, outbound support, and the work that keeps new business efforts organized and moving. This track is for resourceful people interested in how agency growth happens.
SEO is about helping brands earn visibility where people are actively searching for answers, solutions, and trust. Support search strategy through research, content support, optimization, and performance analysis. You may help with keyword research, content analysis, on-page recommendations, and identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility. This track is for people curious about how search visibility drives growth.
Strategy connects insight to action — helping shape where brands should focus, how they should compete, and what will move performance forward. Support planning, insights, research, and cross-functional thinking that shapes client growth strategy. You may help synthesize research, organize insights, support planning work, and turn information into clearer recommendations. This track is ideal for strong thinkers who like connecting dots.
People Ops helps build the team behind the work — supporting talent, culture, systems, and the employee experience that enables high performance. Support projects related to talent, culture, and team experience. You may help with people programs, documentation, coordination, and projects that improve how the team works and grows. This track is for people interested in how strong organizations and strong teams are built.
In this role, you will:
This internship is designed to help identify future full-time talent, but completion of the program does not automatically lead to a full-time role.
Interns considered for future opportunities will demonstrate strong ownership, reliability, quality, communication, learning agility, and alignment with Level’s values. Final full-time consideration would include an additional interview with the Department Lead and the President at the end of the program.
At Level, AI is a core skill.
As an intern, you’ll be expected to use AI thoughtfully to learn faster, work smarter, and improve output. You should be open to experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and role-specific AI tools where relevant.
You do not need to be an expert on day one. You do need to be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn.
We win together.
Feedback fuels growth.

It is fully remote, 20-40 hours per week.

We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
