Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Systems Product Management Intern will support the Product Management team in driving portfolio growth, market analysis, competitive intelligence, pricing activities, and sales enablement initiatives across the IT Systems product portfolio. This role provides hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, data center infrastructure technologies, market strategy, and cross-functional business operations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in technology, product management, and business strategy. This internship offers an opportunity to gain real-world experience working with product leaders, sales teams, engineering, marketing, and supply chain organizations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct competitive research on industry-leading IT infrastructure products and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing data, and business performance metrics.
  • Support development of pricing recommendations and promotional strategies.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across product categories.
  • Assist in creating customer-facing presentations, sales tools, and training materials.
  • Help develop product positioning and value proposition messaging.
  • Participate in customer, distributor, and channel research activities.
  • Coordinate action items across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with project tracking and status reporting.
  • Support data gathering for strategic planning exercises and management business reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: 

  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Data Analytics
  • Related field

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
