About the Role
As part of our IT Service Desk team, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues across North West Europe—helping keep our business running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, develop your problem-solving skills, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for IT support queries across North West Europe
- Log, track, and manage support requests through our Service Desk system
- Deliver first-line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate teams when needed
- Ensure all tickets are logged with accuracy and high-quality detail
- Support key processes such as new starters, leavers, and role changes
- Work to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, providing guidance and updates
- Collaborate with a supportive team of Service Desk Specialists
- Operate in line with Bureau Veritas’ quality standards and values
