About Aptura
Aptura is building the reinforcement learning data company that powers frontier model training globally. We combine deep expertise in finance with cutting-edge in-house tech to deliver tailored, domain-specific training data and feedback loops.
At work, we're building a high-performance, people-first culture. We move quickly, think ambitiously, and set a high bar for ourselves, all while staying open, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The best ideas here win regardless of who they come from, teams sit close to leadership, and every voice has a say in what comes next.
We believe real effort deserves real reward. This isn't a company you're joining β it's one you're helping to build. We went from 3 people to 15 in the past year alone, and we're picking up the pace this year. That means genuine ownership, real impact, and the chance to grow alongside a company reshaping how financial services engage with AI.
