We're looking for an International & Mass Market Logistics Specialist with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to join our team!

If you excel at data analysis and problem-solving and thrive in managing multiple projects, this role is for you! You'll play a key role in managing the flow of international and mass market orders, ensuring seamless receiving, shipping, and invoicing processes

What You'll Do

• Enter all new orders from mass market portals and input them across various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
• Verify different mass market channels and enter the various information (commission, deductions, sales reps, discounts) that goes into each distributor or mass market customer
• Set each Mass Market order to ship from the proper shipping accounts and adding special shipping instructions to each order and submitting them for fulfillment (coordinating shipments, etc)
• Ensure that all labels, information, and paperwork are correct and properly placed for each order that goes out daily
• Keep inventory levels constant with Mass Market to ensure precise order fulfillment
• Work with the mass market reps / mass market help desk in chargebacks within the mass portals to make sure chargebacks are being entered correctly
• Assist with freight quotes and freight deliveries and shipments as needed (IP Display, International)
• Set up new distributors as they are onboarded in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with all attributes and distributor information
• Set each international order to ship from the appropriate shipping accounts, add special shipping instructions to each order, and submit them for fulfillment (coordinating shipments, etc.)
• Work with the factory to ensure international orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
• Create Factory Purchasing Orders, and update Inventory discussions sheet as international orders come in and ship out
• Collaborate with the factory and distributors to ensure translation of product, instructions, and packaging are completed and done correctly per distributor
• Ensure delivery from factory to Port for each international order is completed in a timely manner and efficiently
• Adjust and update International Pricing / Item detail sheet on monthly basis when changed are needed
• Share knowledge of international / mass and continue the advancement of newer employee knowledge and training in these departments
• Conduct weekly maintenance of the order flow sheet, ensuring all special circumstances such as order issues, pending payments, and shipment errors are promptly addressed
• Generate sales reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually as per requests
• Create multiple Excel sheets for international sales and mass market sales, ensuring clarity for year-over-year Sales as these channels expand
• Support fellow members of the operational team by assisting with various projects and tasks to drive progress forward
• Travel and attend tradeshows as needed and assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of the booth
• Handle reconciliations of Mass/International payments in Core, collaborating with Accounting/Finance to ensure correct handling of chargebacks/payments and resolving any issues and adjustments accordingly
• Assist with international and mass market samples requests for distributors and rep groups

What you have

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc., logistic operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Walmart Retail-Link and Target Retail operations
• Depth knowledge of each mass market portal and understanding the tools and apps within the portal
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong data analyst skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
