As a Full-Time Dispatcher at Union Wireless, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by expertly dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating technicians and utility locators for essential services. You will be responsible for processing incoming trouble tickets, repair orders, service orders, and change orders while ensuring compliance with departmental policies and best practices. This position requires you to act as a liaison between customer support and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication to address inquiries related to service offerings, including mobile, broadband, and telephone equipment. You will manage locate requests from 811, oversee ticket creation to completion, and evaluate orders to ensure timely assignments that meet both customer and organizational needs. By maintaining updated knowledge of performance metrics and service levels, you will contribute significantly to operational efficiency while directly impacting our telecommunications network's reliability and responsiveness.
