*This opportunity is for summer 2025.  Internships are available at Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits.  

**Please note this is a 6 month internship and applicants must be available to work from Mid-May through October to be considered.

Opportunity

Assist in the coordination of daily activities of the outside service areas and/or the front desk clerk areas.

Specific Responsibilities

• Receive incoming guest bags and shoes, load carts, assist guest with general directions.
• Daily cleaning of carts and cart storage area.
• Help oversee rental of club usage by guests, including check-in and check-out.
• Set-up and coordinating carts and bags for general play and group outings.
• Help coordinate transfer of clubs between Blackwolf Run, Whistling Straits, and The American Club Resort Hotels. This includes overnight storage procedures.
• Set-up practice facility; retrieve, clean, and stock practice balls as needed.
• Clean and store guest clubs.
• Welcome, check in, process payment for guests in golf shop.
• Assist merchandising team to ensure golf shop is stocked and folded.
• Keep all work areas neat and orderly.
• Assist Tournament Division with set-up and scoring of corporate events.
• Attend all scheduled intern meetings with various resort experts (bi-monthly)
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Professional Golf Staff.

Skills/Requirements

• Enrolled at an accredited PGM University required
• Basic computer and POS experience
• 1 year of golf facility or PGM equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
