Intern, Information Technology and Support Service
Duration: January 2026 - October 2026
Hours: 20+ hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours per week
Location: Chase Field / Phoenix, AZ
Internship Requirements:
Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within one year post-graduation pursuing a degree from an accredited college. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply.)
Primary Duties:
- Help Desk support
- Asset Management
- Information Security
- Network Administration
- System Administration
- Creation of User Training materials
- Application testing
- Mobile Phone support
- Printer support and management
- Assist with day to day activities
- Assist with Onboard/Offboard process of Associates
- General Day of Game responsibilities
- Assist at Spring Training / MiLB Salt River Facility
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Superior telephone manner and etiquette are necessary
- Above average computer skills including Excel are required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
- Ability to multi-task and still complete projects in a timely manner
- Self-motivated and goal driven
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
