DescriptionNSF is offering a rotational internship within our Finance function for candidates that will provide exposure to our Financial Planning & Analysis functions. NSF’s Finance function builds awareness and value in the global NSF brand. You'll be responsible for collaborating with senior Finance leaders to lead the financial portion of portfolio framework process for various business units.
In this role you will gain deeper knowledge of the testing, inspection and certification industry and how NSF continues to make an impact guaranteeing quality, performance and safety. Â The ideal candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a finance or accounting program.

Responsibilities- Supports the forecast, budget and business plan process within the global business unit or function.
- Support development of business case for any initiative driven by the global business unit or function. Â
- Support month-end close with variance analysis and journal entry preparation and collaborate with general ledger team to improve month end process.

Qualifications- Must be a high school graduate and actively pursuing a higher level of education in Finance or Accounting.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Â
- Must have a working knowledge of the main financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
