We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Design Intern to support the development of engaging online learning experiences for employees across our organization. This internship provides hands-on experience designing and building eLearning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts, and translating technical information into clear, learner-friendly content.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in instructional design, learning and development, adult education, or educational technology to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.

This position is located in Ames in the Employee Development Bureau. To qualify, students must be currently enrolled; majoring in a program related to the position.Â
This is a full-time paid internship during the summer, with the possibility of part-time hours (up to 20/week) during the fall semester.Â
•Familiarity with eLearning concepts or instructional design models (ADDIE, backward design, etc.)Â
•Interest in online learning development and digital training toolsÂ
•Experience with Articulate Rise 360 or similar eLearning tools is preferred but not required
