Position Summary: The intern for Human Resources will work closely with the HR Generalist. The intern will work on special projects, including HR policy reviews, writing position descriptions, and heading up the file scanning project. The HR Intern will also work with the HR Generalist to update policies and training materials.聽
聽 This Internship is in-person in the office located at 3201 Tamarac Dr in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:路聽
路 File project: Transfer current employee files to digital files on SharePoint.
路 Policy review: Updating wording to be current on policies and procedures.
路 Homogenize documents: Ensure interview questions have an equivalent format.
路 Performance management project: Complete follow-up on performance reviews.聽
Other:聽
路 The intern will have the opportunity to learn hiring and orientations.
路 The opportunity to attend the management training classes.
路 The intern will have the opportunity to train on the understanding of leaves for employees in Colorado.
路 The intern will have the opportunity to train on benefits and billing.

Qualifications:
Education:
Enrolled in an accredited degree program.
Experience:聽
路 Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
路 Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
路 Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, and others.
路 Good organizational skills.
路 Detail-oriented.
