Report To: Senior HR Talent & Engagement Manager
With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities this position supports the Human Resources team at Numerica Credit Union. This role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, updating employee records, supporting the employee lifecycle and participating in company events. This internship will work in a dynamic environment that values people, growth and development.Â

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no formal, direct supervisory responsibilities although it will work with leaders and peers in the organization to drive results.

Contributes to the organization's mission statement and goals by providing the highest quality of service, treating each person professionally - with warmth, courtesy, and respect, and making a personal effort to make members feel they belong and are important to the credit union.Â
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Â Â
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Human Resources program.
Preferred Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in Central to Eastern WA or ID state where Numerica Credit Union is currently chartered. Â
