Summary: The Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting leaders across various departments in our corporate office. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, learn about healthcare management, and develop essential professional skills in a corporate setting.

- Provide administrative and project support to corporate department leaders.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and digital file organization.
- Conduct research and compile findings for department initiatives and industry trends.
- Help coordinate internal communications and schedule cross-functional meetings.
- Assist with credentialing paperwork and provider documentation tracking.
- Help ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal data privacy procedures.
- Maintain and update internal databases, directories, and dashboards.
- Assist with client reporting, KPI tracking, and performance metric summaries.
- Participate in process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Assist with preparing agendas and take minutes for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Assist the marketing team with content organization and campaign logistics.
- Help with patient experience initiatives, such as compiling feedback and surveys.
- Contribute to the drafting and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform ad hoc analysis, project coordination, and other tasks as assigned.
- Attends required meetings and participates in training programs as required.
- Understands and adheres to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to ensure and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education:Â High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Requirements:
- Clerical, administrative or data entry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.

- Strong computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Computer Skills:
- Experience with EMR/PM software preferred but not required.
