Graphic Design Intern

Purpose The Graphic Designer Intern is responsible for supporting the execution of content creation for Delta Star’s external marketing initiatives, delivering high-impact visual content across multiple platforms and channels that will strengthen visual identity and enhancing brand recognition among external stakeholders.   Main Responsibilities Translate external marketing strategies into bold, effective visuals that build engagement, drive conversions, and deepen brand affinity. Shape how the Delta Star brand is perceived, influencing customer behavior, and driving engagement with external stakeholders. Support the visual creation of external marketing material. Design creative content in alignment and support of Corporate Brand Guidelines for external representation.   Specific Duties Support the design of high-end marketing materials including brochures, offering memorandums, and pitch presentations. Develop and maintain consistent branding across all external platforms and materials. Develop visual concepts that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives. Design trade show booths, including large-format graphics, signage, floor layouts, and branded environments that enhance on-site engagement. Create digital assets for web, email campaigns, online ads, and multimedia presentations that drive traffic and conversions. Design content for social media, including static posts, animated graphics, stories, and reels that increase brand visibility and engagement. Produce branded apparel and merchandise artwork, ensuring alignment with current trends and brand guidelines. Maintain the visual aesthetic of the brand.   Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, web design or currently pursuing degree in related field 3-5 years of graphic/visual design experience, in a setting working collaboratively across multiple teams  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign). Deep understanding of visual storytelling and design principles. Experience in design, layout, color, and typography A growing ability to develop innovative design work across all media Resourcefulness and ability to locate and archive assets independently Able to multi-task on design projects with a tireless work ethic Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills Ability to maintain composure and articulate directives in an open, ever changing, fast paced environment Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects based on the business calendar   Travel Requirements Travel requirements (Less than 10%)   Work Environment and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
