The Electrical Engineering Intern will support the design, development, and testing of electrical components and systems across active product development programs. Responsibilities may include assisting with circuit design, layout and documentation, performing engineering analyses, building and executing test plans, collecting and interpreting data, and documenting results to support design decisions. The intern will collaborate closely with senior engineers, cross‑functional partners, and technicians to prototype concepts, troubleshoot issues, and improve product performance. This role provides hands‑on experience with real engineering challenges, exposure to the full product development lifecycle, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

 Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, and integration of embedded electrical hardware and firmware under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to real‑time control system products
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as electrical schematics, design descriptions, test reports, and performance specifications
Assist with preparing engineering specifications and procedures.
Participate in laboratory experiments and testing activities to evaluate breadboards, prototypes, and early product builds
Assist with the design and documentation of cables and cable harness assemblies for electromechanical systems
Assist with producing and evaluating engineering prototypes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering major. Must have completed at least 1 yr of the program.

Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and electronic design software (Altium - preferred)
