Performs a variety of duties providing support in one or more functions or business areas. The intern will act as a receptionist, administrative assistant, and also assist accounting or the managers with any clerical tasks.
Duties include:
Answer phones and transfer to appropriate employees. Provide general information to callers about our website and directing applicants to apply.
Greet visitors and assign visitor badges as needed.
Assist with research, data entry, recording and maintaining records
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma
Strong verbal and written communications skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
