About the Internship
We are seeking a Summer Commercial Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world commercial experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to sales strategy, retail operations, account support, and performance analytics—while learning how commercial teams help drive growth across channels and markets.
What You Will Do in This Role
Support Commercial team projects that contribute to sales initiatives and business priorities
Assist with sales strategy, retail execution, and account support activities
Help analyze sales performance, trends, and key business metrics
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business recaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams
Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions to build business knowledge
Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset to collaborative team projects
Who You Are (Requirements)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
At least 18 years old by the start of the program
Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Interested in sales, retail, and commercial strategy
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and multiple priorities
Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in retail, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus
