Role Overview:

Join us at Go Reply, Google Cloud’s UK Partner of the Year(!), this summer and aid our teams in helping integrate Google Cloud and AI into some of the biggest organisations across the world in a variety of sectors (retail, telco, government, sport etc.). You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you through the internship offering advice on working life, career paths, projects and many more areas of technology and consultancy. Go Reply’s open-door policy means you’ll also get the opportunity to meet some of our more experienced colleagues and Senior Leadership Team.

You will work alongside a diverse team of specialists to develop research opportunities targeted at our clients to open up new avenues for work and innovation in the cloud, with a focus on generative AI. Over the summer, you will collaborate with Go Reply employees from various backgrounds including data science, security, data engineering, platform engineering, and data visualisation. You will also present your work at regular intervals to colleagues and gain valuable feedback. We’re also super excited to invite you to all our socials over summer!

You will leave Go Reply with a complete picture of consultancy, the innovative work we do, some great memories, and an understanding of how you might want to structure your career path and enter into the working world. There is also the chance to secure a place on our graduate programme once you complete your studies! 

Responsibilities:

• You will be designing, building, and managing Google Cloud products and services
• Working as part of a team, delivering cutting-edge algorithms and intelligent system solutions
• There will be work available in generative AI, data engineering, data analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation
• There will be regular opportunities for presentations to the colleagues in Go Reply as well as a selection of the Senior Leadership Team

About the candidate:

• Currently studying towards a Computer Science or STEM degree
• Working knowledge of Python or Golang
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools
• Propensity to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
