As an Application Advisor Intern, you will support innovation projects within the Sales and Solution Advisory organization, with a focus on frontend UI/UX design, customer-facing digital experiences, conversational interfaces, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. You will help design, test, document, and improve tools that make information easier to access, understand, and use across customer engagement and sales advisory experiences, making this a strong opportunity for a student interested in UX, frontend development, enterprise software, and emerging AI technologies. What you’ll get to do: Support the design and improvement of customer-facing, AI-enabled solutions across Sales and Solution Advisory workflows. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and interface recommendations. Review workflows and recommend improvements to navigation, interaction patterns, content hierarchy, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual polish. Translate business needs and feedback into frontend requirements, user stories, design ideas, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Solution Advisors, Sales leaders, Product stakeholders, and technical partners to test, document, and refine new experiences. Evaluate AI-assisted experiences for clarity, usefulness, consistency, source alignment, and user trust. Support Application Advisor activities, including demo configuration and maintenance, documentation updates, sales enablement materials, and process improvements.   Skills and experience we value: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Data Analytics, Business, Commerce, or a related field. Strong interest in frontend UI/UX design, user-centered design, customer-facing digital experiences, enterprise software, and AI-enabled applications. Understanding of UX design principles, including user flows, usability, accessibility, information architecture, interaction design, responsive design, and content hierarchy. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, mockups, or design recommendations. Familiarity with frontend concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, component-based design, design systems, APIs, or web application behavior. Ability to learn technical concepts related to AI-enabled applications, including prompts, knowledge bases, retrieval, model outputs, citations, data quality, and response evaluation. Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.   Nice to have: Experience with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, or similar. Exposure to React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, GitHub, design systems, reusable components, or accessibility best practices. Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, conversational interfaces, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation concepts, or knowledge management systems. Experience writing user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, usability notes, or technical documentation. Interest in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, sales enablement, customer experience, solution consulting, or data/reporting tools such as Power BI.
