Internship Program
The internship program aims to offer a positive work/training experience aligned with career goals and education level. Interns will be part of the Accounting team, gaining hands-on experience and applying financial concepts from class to reality. The program emphasizes real-world industry exposure, including participating in month end close activities and internal training opportunities, fostering a unique learning experience and encouraging participation in company events.
Schedule
The Summer Internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting in June and ending in August - September, depending on the candidate's availability.
Area of technical skill responsibilities subject to Intern’s experience level:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Assist AP and AR departments with department related activities to ensure timely payments and collections, respectively.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to leadership.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards essential for career development after college.
Opportunities to gain experience in collaboration based soft skills:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Participate in team meetings, assisting accounting personnel organize and analyze financial data.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Time Management: Efficient organizational and time-management skills.
Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
