BNBMC is looking to hire paid summer interns across a broad field of functions.  Salary is $16.50/hour. We can provide up to 40 hours per week work schedules. Come join our winning team for the Summer of 2026! 

Assigned tasks and duties:

• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives, including clinic throughput with a focus on patient experience, adherence to translation services, and increasing screening rates.
• Assist with day to day clinic operations within the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), helping ensure smooth workflow and patient flow.
• Contribute to project management activities such as patient communication, closing the loop on outstanding items, and tracking progress on ongoing initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational and clinical data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support implementation of process improvements and enhance the overall patient experience.

Education

Must have completed at least Freshman year of College/Trade School.
