Our 9-week summer program is designed to be a direct pipeline to full-time role upon graduation. You can expect:

• Onsite Immersion: Dive into the "Redwood Vibe" at our Chicago HQ�where high-energy collaboration meets industry-leading innovation.
• Impact: Go beyond the sidelines with direct involvement in daily operations and high-stakes logistics execution.
• Community: Connect through onsite orientation (complete with swag), structure lunch & learns), and a final capstone presentation to showcase your experience.
• The Future: We don't just hire interns for the summer�we hire them for their careers. Success here is your direct bridge to a full-time seat in 2027.

• Commitment: You�re available full-time, 9 weeks between June and August.

Compensation Range:

Hourly - $20 per hour
